Public Grievance Redressal (CPGRAMS)

Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS)

The Centralized Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) is an online platform established by the Government of India to facilitate the submission and monitoring of public grievances. The portal enables citizens to lodge complaints, suggestions, and service-related grievances concerning Government Ministries, Departments, and Organizations in a transparent and efficient manner.

CPGRAMS provides a single-window mechanism for grievance registration, status tracking, and communication with the concerned authorities. The system promotes accountability, transparency, and responsive governance by ensuring that grievances are examined and addressed within a defined timeframe.

Taxpayers and stakeholders may use the portal for matters relating to service delivery issues, delays, administrative concerns, and grievances requiring the attention of the concerned Government authority.
